Returns & Exchanges

At Packer Shoes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; however, if you are not, we accept returns on unworn, domestic orders within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all limited-edition releases and sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items in their original manufacturer shoe box, then secure them inside a separate shipping box to ensure the product remains in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
